3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post fake listings, use the platform to harass others, or attempt to bypass our security measures. We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Habitat Zim is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users. We strongly advise tenants to view a property in person before making any payments.
